Justin felt after high school there had to be more options than going to school and coming out of it in debt, so he got his Real Estate Licence and has had a direction for the industry ever since. With a background in construction, he enjoyed having the skills of working with his hands but didn’t aspire to do it forever. Shortly after taking a second job in a factory to help obtain a mortgage, he purchased his first investment property just prior to 24 years old, followed by a second Student Rental property near Guelph University a couple of years later.

At 25 while continuing to work two jobs he really started to open the door to personal development and began to notice similarities amongst those who were where he aspired to be in life. He became fascinated with human behaviour and working towards his full potential in everything from personal, business & spiritual development. He started investing time and money in surrounding himself with Mentors and Industry leaders from all walks of life. After Four and a half years of working Real Estate part-time and not really getting anywhere. He quit his job with three months’ worth of savings to pursue it full time. With discipline, hard work and some grace. Within his first-year full time, he was able to quickly become and continue to be a Top Producing agent in his office. Serving families, first time buyers, investors & new home developers with a heavy focus on a high-value client experience & referral-based business. He strives to meet & exceed the sophisticated needs of today’s consumers by meeting them where they are, with a simplified process in the South Simcoe, Caledon and Dufferin County areas.

When he isn’t working on his business, he enjoys travelling when he can, being active & outdoors with his friend’s, family and pet Husky. He hopes to one day be able to support those with what he wished he had known at a younger age that has helped him on his continual quest for happiness growth and fulfilment.
